Parent contact email address is not pulling all options from SIS

I have a student whose parent email is not pulling the correct one from Infinite Campus. It's giving me the option for two emails that are listed in IC, but we want it sent to another email that's listed in IC that Jobready is not pulling for some reason. I hope that makes sense. Are you able to pull additional email addresses from IC or allow us to change it in Jobready so it’s not overwritten when the sync runs?
