Optional Educator Approval - Experience Tracker

Can we turn the educator approval option on and off for the Experience Tracker? The feedback from a customer was that teachers will be overwhelmed if they have to approve all of the activities that students include. The overall Career Plan can be reviewed so individual experiences won’t necessarily need to reviewed.
