Option to prevent students from modifying approved work hours by program

I want the ability to prevent students from modifying their work hours after a work log has been approved. This feature would be particularly helpful for programs like Cosmetology, where work logs are used to track student hours. Co-op coordinators should still retain the ability to modify these hours, but students should not be able to make changes once approved.
