Opportunity Matching

Allow employers to specify criteria for ideal candidates (certs, GPA, attendance, discipline, course completion at minimum) and also have them specify what the proposed work schedule will be (MWF, noon - 4, etc). Students need to be able to filter down opportunities using the same criteria.

Allow counselors and coordinators to suggest opportunities to specific students.

Employers see a list of all students that matched and whether they applied or not.

Students can opt-in to share profile/portfolio with employers. Make sure there is guardian consent as well.
