On the student WBL page show tiles (datadiv) for WBL Types the school offers with a short description and action items

Add a tile for each of the WBL types. Use a description they specify. Each should have a CTA.

• Student-based w/ eligibility but not eligibile - Get Eligible

• Student-based after eligible - opportunity search

• Event - Upcoming Events Tab

• Self-Report - Calendar

• Project - Calendar
