On-Site Visits - Add option to "View" site visits

Currently, to view photos or descriptions, you have to go in and edit the on-site visit. With photos, it would be beneficial to have a photo viewer rather than the preview window, as it’s not ideal to have to scroll around to view the entire photo. This would be particularly useful for WBL Observers.
