On-Site Visit Full Access not showing all visits when viewing individual experiences

If a user has the On-Site Visit Full Access role, they can view all on-site visits by clicking the “On-Site Visits” button above the WBL datatable, but if they try to view them by clicking the status icon for a single experience in the datatable, it only shows visits they created.
