It should timestamp the photo for the date of the visit and It would be nice to also have a description for each photo and maybe some type of gallery/timeline view.
I modified what my eWalk system creates as far as a site visit report. I sent it in the chat. It needs to be simple. Student name, job site, mentor name. Date & Time (start and end) and a place to compose your notes of the visit. A drop and drag box to put two photos would be great. If not possible, you can always add photos to the report manually if you have Adobe Pro. The reminder is the most important thing to help us remember who we still need to visit that month. I also use “https://app2.mapmycustomers.me/” to see on a map where all of my students are working to assist in identifying which will be visited that day based on route.

This could also be expanded to allow for a full site visit management tool. Where WBL coordinators could plan out the visits, get driving directions, and see reminders when the visits are due/overdue.
