Notification for Clock In/Out Feature for Students to Use it

If the students account is marked as Tues-Friday working and they dont clock in for x amount of days since their last clock in according to the days marked in the system it notify them. Or there is a button in the system for how often a student needs to submit work logs, cant there be an option to mark or unmark on how often a student needs to clock in and out. Give options of weekly, or monthly. and If they do’nt clock in each week then they are notified.
