not able to delete Directors for OAC roles

Not able to delete Directors from roles for OAC. Just deleted some and came right back up.

    The issue with deleting roles was due to bug that was allowing multiple duplicate entries for the same user in the database. Deleting one was allowing others to remain. This should now be resolved.
