New Feature for how to deal with documents for cloned students

When cloning a student from junior to senior year . the documents do not come through from the prior year.  I get it .. a few of them need to be "freshly signed" for the new school year, but many do not .

So instead of having to click "not required" can I suggest :

ADD another option in another color like  "already completed"   or  "doc in prior school year file"   ?
