Users are reporting that whenever they are adding certain records via our mobile app, they aren’t always being inserted.
One user reported that 2 students today came to me saying they can't see the paystubs that they have submitted for this month, and now they are not showing on the [mobile] app. They both thought they forgot to submit them, but when I look on the website, I can see that they are submitted and approved.
Another user reported they have been using the app to enter several site visits in the past several weeks and the majority have not saved. I did a visit for a student yesterday while I was there and it didn't save. I did it this morning sitting at my desk and it did.
