Mobile app login in does not work sometimes

Students are getting “the wheel of death” when they try to access the mobile app for clocking in/out. They initiate sign in, then the app just shows that it is thinking, then kicks back to the login screen.  Any insights on this?  It seems to be intermittent – some kids have the issue, others are able to clock in/out normally.
