Mobile App Forms: Pinch-to-Zoom

The customer reports that students are unable to shrink or resize images within forms when using the Jobready360 mobile app, which prevents them from accessing all fields. It has been confirmed that pinch-to-zoom functionality is intentionally disabled on form pages within the mobile app, and forms render in a fixed-size window, preventing users from resizing or zooming out to reach off-screen fields.
