Michigan State Reporting - Add support for tracking tribal affiliation data

The official state guidance requires schools to offer students the opportunity to self-report their primary tribal affiliation annually. The official MDE guidance document is here: MDE Tribal Affiliation Data Collection Guidance.

Add the capability to:

• Allow for custom, district-defined demographic fields or tags within student profiles.

• Incorporate the specific two-question format required by the state:

  • Question A: Is the student tribally affiliated? Yes/No.

  • Question B: What is the student’s tribal affiliation? Select from the 12 federally recognized Michigan tribes or choose "Not Listed".
