Mass email applicants by "Needs Attention" status

I want to be able to send a mass email to all applicants who are marked with the "Needs Attention" (red) status within a specific application, such as the Adult Ed Accelerated Programs. This would help in efficiently following up with multiple applicants who have incomplete requirements.
