Manually Add Hours to Student Experience

I need the ability to manually add or adjust hours for a student's experience. This would allow for greater flexibility in recording and managing student hours, especially in cases where automated tracking might not be feasible or accurate, and when there are hours the student accumulated prior to the setup of the experience in Jobready.
