Make an Experience Snapshot modal when clicking the student's image in WBL

In the modal, show a larger image (changeable) centered at the top with the name below. Have a one-liner under that to show stats such as grade level, guardian, total hours, average hours per week, etc. Add a line under that shows the notes. Under that have tabs:

• Charts (also add to the dashboard)

• Schedule

• Past Experiences
