Lesson Plans - Allow Schoolwide lesson plans to be created by Staff/Admins and then scheduled for one or more programs

Feature Suggestions

For instance, a counselor or teaching assistant may make lesson plans that could be used by any program (like a resume writing lesson). They may also meet with each Class and want to place the lesson plan on that Class's calendar.

    We need to re-evaluate this altogether. We can't have lesson plans that aren't assigned a class. So schools only using courses cannot use lesson plans at all. We need lesson plans to be shared to classes, users, courses, schools, or system-wide.
