Jobready360 App Microsoft Sign-in Failure: Red Bar Error

Advised of previous mobile app issues. Customer is saying all users are impacted and they have followed the completely close out instructions provided. it gets all the way through the sign on process... and then red bar appears and nothing works. Using log in with Microsoft. Website works fine just not the mobile app.
