Integrate WBLopportunities with CareerOneStop Jobs API

CareerOneStop’s Jobs API, retrieves job postings for a specific keyword or phrase (which may be an occupation), in a specific location, from the National Labor Exchange (NLx).  The two endpoints of this API support job searches in any location across the United States, ranging from a city or ZIP to the whole nation.
