Integrate Careers - Occupations with Occupational Objective Forms

Modify the Occupations area in Careers so that all the occupations are listed by SOC Codes even if they are not listed in Onet. Students could then choose the one that they are interested in pursuing.  We could then use that information to prefill on the student’s Occupational Objective forms. This ensures they have information about the career options and have chosen one that is relevant to their CTE program choice.

    First, add the ability to add select fields in for the form builder. Then we need to add prefill options based on student class, which is the hard part.
