Industry Sector / Career Pathway in Employer Profile

If an employer is covering multiple industry placements (marketing, accounting, education, etc) how can this be indicated in the employer profile? Currently the field only allows for one selection. Can this be updated to allow for multiple selections within the dropdown (as with selecting forms within a WBL type)? This was also requested for the Career Pathway within the employer profile.
