Industry Certifications email alerts
Need teachers and/or Admin/Staff to receive email notifications when students submit an Industry Certification to approve. Teachers don't always login to the platform on a regular basis and need some sort of email notification they need to do so.

Teachers already get notifications for this. It is primarily based on student group access. So anyone that has the student in a student group they created or have access to, it will send to them. If there aren't any teachers that match that criteria, it gets all teachers of the class and alerts them. There were issues with this working correctly in the past but it seems like all of those issues are resolved.

But the alert doesn't come in the form of an email or even a yellow banner at the top of the screen. If teachers don't log into the platform on a regular basis they won't know there is a certification pending their approval.

Right. There were issues with the alerts in general up until about a week ago. Then we repaired it even more today.
