Industry Certifications certificate uploads
It would be great if the icon in the attachments column was a thumbnail of what the student submitted instead of the little black page icon. This would make it so the teacher/approver doesn't have to click on each attachment to verify before approving and could see at quick glance the student uploaded the correct certification documentation.

If the thumbnail doesn't show up at first, reload the frame. Thumbnails are very new in the system so old attachments that were already uploaded prior to us generating thumbnails do not have the thumbnails pre-generated. When you request a thumbnail anywhere in the system, we trigger a background task to generate them so they can be used. All newer attachments will have thumbnails as soon as they're uploaded.
