Industry Certifications certificate uploads

It would be great if the icon in the attachments column was a thumbnail of what the student submitted instead of the little black page icon. This would make it so the teacher/approver doesn't have to click on each attachment to verify before approving and could see at quick glance the student uploaded the correct certification documentation.
