Create a CIP code to Industry Cert table. That table should also have a field for Credential Type to store the “Approved” vs “Supplemental” designation for MI. This would also allow us to set default industry certs for programs based on CIP code as well. PA provides a mapping for this that could be used.
Also add a Program ID (class_id) to the industry_certification_grade table to record the program(s) that the student was enrolled in when they earned the cert.
Add a column to the Industry Cert Progress report that includes the Credential Type of the cert based on this information.
