If there are 10 or more signers on a form, the order is shown incorrectly

This is due to how the sort works. It orders this way instead of what is expected… 1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. This happens in the Form Templates datatable and on the Signer Selection / Form Submission page.
