If any changes are made to WBL Type settings, the status of all affected pre-existing WBL experiences should be immediately updated

Currently, if a change is made to the WBL type (such as adding or removing a form) the only way to immediately re-factor the current status of each WBL experience is to click Edit and Save for each one. This is obviously not ideal and should be done automatically.
