Employer clearances are no longer required once the student is 18 which would be one less thing to enter if this could be an automated function of the system.
Allow this age to be configurable in global settings.

Ed, I could see how this would be useful, but currently we do not store a student’s age or birth date (due to data privacy concerns from some school districts) so we would not be able to do this programmatically unless we added those fields.
