When you remove templates from recurring, enrollment, or completion forms while editing a WBL type, it will prompt if you want to cancel submissions related to those removed templates. You can also just cancel all submissions that are no longer related to the WBL Type by clicking “Cancel Orphaned Submissions” in the action button of the WBL Type table.

After successful update, send a flag back if any recurring templates were removed AND there are scheduled submissions. If that flag is yes, ask them if they want to cancel them all in bulk.
