Hide Skill Tracking status icon for schools not using our built in training plans / evaluations

Many schools use their own custom training plan and employer evaluation forms rather than using the ones built in to Jobready. Maybe we can hide the status icon next to the skill bar for schools that haven’t submitted a training plan or evaluation through here, or hide it if this feature is implemented and enabled?
