Hide experience in schedule work log dropdown if not using work logs

If a student is not capturing hours using the work log system, hide the experience from the dropdown in the "schedule WBL work logs"

    How do we determine that they are “not capturing hours using work logs”? Would this mean they have the Work Log column hidden?
