A system to allow guest speakers to fill out an online form for background check information, which can then be reviewed and approved/disapproved by a designated person. The approval status should then update their contact information within the system.

    You can actually already do the approval process by creating an Employer Form. The only thing that it doesn’t do is update their contact information.
