I was unable to recreate this again so I'm closing it again. Next time, don't fix the problem before opening it back up. I need to see it happen to fix it. It's hit or miss and I know what it takes to recreate it but it never does it when I change guardian ID to 1.

Re-opening this since schools have reported that this is still happening.
