Graduated students who set a post-graduation account need to be Restored before they are allowed to log in.

The accounts should probably be un-deleted when the cron runs to flip the email addresses and set the credentials.

    This should be resolved. It is suspected to be a race condition when updating the student’s grad level to graduated.
