Generate PIMS Reports for CTE reporting

Automating as much of this as possible would be a huge benefit for PA schools.

    The primary report of benefit right now would be the Student Industry Credential Template. For this we need the following columns:

    • SUBMITTING AUN

      • This could be left blank unless we add a field to track this. This is a unique, 9-digit AUN (District) code assigned by PDE. If left blank, the school would just need to enter it. Alternatively, we could prompt the school for the AUN number before running the report and pass this as a parameter to be included.

    • SCHOOL YEAR DATE

      • The last day of the current school year indicating the whole school year (ie. 2026-06-30)

    • PASECUREID

      • Stored as State Student Number

    • STUDENT SCHOOL NUMBER

      • Also referred to as the STUDENT LOCATION CODE, this is the number identifying the student’s sending school and should match what is reported on the CTE Student Fact Template.

    • CIP CODE

      • Pull from student’s program enrolled at time. If student was enrolled in multiple CTE programs at a school during the reporting year, report the CIP the student was enrolled in last.

    • DELIVERY METHOD CODE

      • Valid Values are: 70 – Program of Study, 75 – Career and Technical, 80 – Adult Affidavit Program

      • We may need to add a Program Type designation to Programs to store this information and report it correctly.

    • INDUSTRY CREDENTIAL CODE

    • CREDENTIAL EARNED DATE
