Freeze recurring form documents by a certain date

As a user, I want to be able to set a "freeze" or "deactivate" date for a recurring form document. After this date, students should no longer have access to view or sign the document. This would help manage deadlines and prevent late submissions.

    It’s too difficult to create the user interface for this and meet all needs that could be required for this. More chance than not, a school would still want that for to be able to be completed even if it’s late. Do you have a specific use case?

      Yes. After a certain amount of time, students no longer receive credit if they have not filled out their timesheet and turned it in. We have had students go back to the wrong week and fill out a timecard. It would be nice to “Freeze” that timecard so this doesn’t happen and we can easily see that there was no timesheet submitted for that week.

        I understand that you don’t want to give them credit as a grade but they still go those hours and should document what they did. This can be accomplished if you add a grade to the signature page so it can be determined as they’re being approved.
