Forms - When revising a form and submitting a new attachment the old attachment was all that was shown

Revising attachments in general may need more thorough testing to ensure all use cases work correctly.

    Additional Context: If you use View Current or Print, the correct attachment shows, but clicking the button to view the form in a modal window is showing the old attachment.
