Forms - Change how labels work or add another field type for dynamic labels

Sometimes, forms need to have labels where the value changes before submission (a due date on an evaluation form, for instance). It would be beneficial if the label had a value field and a name so the data could be shown on form data exports. Also by doing so, you could prompt the user to confirm or change the value of those fields when the form was being submitted. If submitting in bulk, this could be set for all forms. For instance, show a text box with the value that is currently set for the label with the name of the field next to it (Due Date: March 21, 2025).

As it is now, the user has to remember to edit the form template and change the values before each submission.
