Forms - Calculated fields do not work if multiple signers enter data

Currently, the calculation only works if all data is entered by the same signer. Here is an example of where the total score needs to be calculated from data entered from multiple signers.

In this example, the WBL Coordinator is entering the score for On Time Submission and the Employer is scoring the rest, but the total is not correct.
