Certain forms may have portions that need to be filled out at a later date, but they may not know when that date is when submitting the form. For example, a training agreement with multiple site visits listed.

    Add the ability to make ALL progressions to be triggered manually instead of using a static date. Then then a progression is complete, the action button by that completed form will have "Initiate Next Progression" to trigger the next progression to go out.
