Form Status Report not returning Student Name

I am running the Form Status Report for one of my forms, but the student column is not being filled in. The student is not a signer of the form, but it is tied to a student’s WBL experience in Work-Based Learning. It would be invaluable for the report to show the student’s name, even if they are not a signer.
