Form Status Report Generates No Results When Filtered To Include Class

App Admin pulling Form Status report generates no results when including a Class to the filters. The form populates with headers and no additional data. This is the same whether filtering to a specific form or pulling the report at large. Not filtering by class does populate data in the report, but the moment a class is added, the form shows no information.
