Form PDF will not load

Client received this error message trying to view current PDF:

The webpage at https://rboces.jobready360.com/Submission/ViewCurrent/375 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

I was not able to replicate but I am not able to view PDF either. Screen spins then just stays white.
