<p>The customer reports two issues. First, a newly created form, located under General Forms, is not loading its builder interface. The customer has attempted basic troubleshooting (logout/login, refresh) without success.</p>

<p>Le client signale deux problèmes. Premièrement, un formulaire nouvellement créé, situé dans la rubrique « Formulaires généraux », ne charge pas son interface d'édition. Le client a tenté des opérations de dépannage de base (déconnexion/connexion, actualisation de la page) sans succès.</p>
