For WBL Events, allow students to mark themselves as present

Currently, they can do so using a QR code, but it would be nice if they could be emailed a link to the Attendance QR code URL automatically (maybe 2h hours after the end date) and/or if students are able to view their Profile page and events are added to the Careers tab, they could report that they were present there.
