FlexEditor: "There was a problem saving the lesson segment" error on Lesson Introduction

I'd like to submit a bug ticket for FlexEditor.

When trying to save content within the text editor on the Lesson Introduction activity, it gives an error message that says: "There was a problem saving the lesson segment" in a pink box when I click "Save & Close" or "Save & Preview." It stays on the screen temporarily, so I can't get a screen shot. I have cloned the flexlesson and tried changing the content in the Lesson Introduction as well as started a new lesson to add content to the Lesson Introduction, and the same error message happens.
