Feature Request: Weekly Timecard Photo Upload in WBL (Non-Pay Stub)

The customer is requesting a dedicated method for students to upload weekly timecard photos from their employers. The primary requirement is for this upload functionality to reside specifically within the Work-Based Learning (WBL) section, distinct from the existing Pay Stub document portal or general document uploads. Several options were explored, including using the Pay Stub document portal, creating a required task, setting up a custom Student Document Type, utilizing Task Evidence Upload in Student Progress, or a Career Planning Activity. However, none of these fully met the customer's specific need for a separate, weekly photo upload area directly under WBL. While WBL Forms allow document uploads, the customer's workflow requires a more integrated solution for recurring photo submissions. It has been confirmed that this specific functionality, as described by the customer, is not currently offered by Jobready360. A feature request has been submitted on the customer's behalf.
