Feature Request: Remove Pay Stub Match from Student Worklog

The customer is requesting the ability to remove or hide the "Pay Stub Match" section from the student worklog. They do not require students to submit pay stubs and state that the pay stub match is confusing and unnecessary as pay stubs are marked as not required for the WBL type and are not utilized.
