Feature Request: Add Current Class Enrollment to Form Reports

The customer is requesting a new feature to include the student's current class enrollment on form reports, specifically for required forms teachers manage. This would allow teachers to quickly identify students within their specific classes who have not completed required forms.

Other option would be to allow the top program/course selection to generate the report filters. Currently it pulls blank if a course is selected instead of a program.
